What are the required conditions to execute remotely a command on a computer?

You must allow SMB protocol tcp port 445 in the firewall on a remote computer and you need to disable the simple file sharing.

I get these error messages: “Failed connect to remote …$”. What can I do?

Make sure that the firewall on the remote computer configured correctly and the remote computer is available over the net.

Which protocols and ports does the application use?

The application uses SMB protocol, MICROSOFT_DC port (tcp 445).
