Remote shutdown a group of network computers

This example demonstrates how you can use Network Shutdown in your organization.

Our task: remote shutdown (or wake-up) all workstations on LAN at a specified time schedule.

  1. Run Network Shutdown Tool. The main window will be shown
  2. Press the Remote tab
  3. In this window press the Create new (Ins) button
  4. The Task window will be shown
  5. In this window you can select Action Shutdown (or Wakeup) and add Comment for this task
  6. Press the Next button
  7. The Remote window will be shown. In this window you can automatically or manually add remote workstations
  8. Press the Next button
  9. The Schedule window will be shown. You can schedule tasks to run at a time that is most convenient for you
  10. Press the Next button
  11. The Finish window will be shown. To add task click Finish button
  12. The Main window will be shown. . The task is added to your task list
